“The staff did not provide accurate information regarding the amenities in our room. The hotel has no room service, despite having a restaurant. The staff failed to let us know when our pizza (which we ordered due to no room service) was delivered, and was not apologetic regarding the oversight. I will be looking for a different hotel for my next visit.”

“We were pleased with the improments made at this property since our last visit a year ago, The Carpets were clean, the rooms were improved, and even though one elevator was out one day, it was back in business the next day,”

“Best location and front desk and all staff are fantastic. The gym and spa are great. No hassles to use and I’m A big fan of the pool and sauna steam. We go back 2-3x a year now. Michael at the front desk is the greatest but they are all top drawer.”

“8泊したが、客室はいつも綺麗に清掃され快適、シャワーが使いやすい。歯ブラシやスリッパが部屋に最初からついていれば良かった。 空調の音が大き過ぎて初日は眠れなかった。 旅行カバンを載せる折り畳みの台が有れば良かったが、洗面所の引き戸の前に鏡と幅の狭い棚が非常に便利だった。 立地は便利で良い。 インテリアが新しく快適だった。 ニューヨークのマーキスに途中1泊したが、インテリアはこちらの方が洗練されていた。 スタッフは明るく声掛けしてくれた。 朝食はクラブフロアで食べたが、卵が白身と黄身に分かれたスクランブルエッグが美味しくなかったので、いつもゆで卵。クロワッサンがスーパーの安物風だった。ポリッジを後半は食べた。 もう少し種類と日替わりでバラエティーが欲しかった。しかしながら、水やジュース等があるので部屋に持ち帰れたのは便利だった。 バーに行ってみたら、音楽の音が大き過ぎて居心地が良いとは言えなかった。外のソファーも良かったが、蒸し暑かったので室内にいた。 夫の頼んだ南仏のロゼワインが美味しかった。”
