My famiky andi was there forn5 nighrs and housekeeping didn't clean our room. We found blonde hairs on our bedding sheets, limited towels, and stains on the linen....beware, don't stay here.

The staff team was the best part of the stay. Especially Cristina in the bar and the young woman who was at the front desk. The rest was not good: the bedding was thin and worn, cracked paint in the shower ceiling and a loud and unpredictable HVAC system. I would probably not stay here again, especially with so many options within walking distance.

The room was fine, loved the krups coffee machine and bought better coffee pods, cleaning staff awesome, friendly, helpful and went beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The night deak gal also so nice helpful and friendly and helped me with my receipt. Thinking her name was Keeme?Been coming to area 25 yrs for my health but first time staying with y'all . The hotel is fine and we’ve stayed more than five times in two years because it’s close to my parents. But when we were stuck in the parking lot due to broken sensors, an employee told us, “I’m busy, it’s not my job.” Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
