Staff was great, however it seemed to be a lot of people living at this place on a full time basis. Trash everywhere on second floor back side, trash was even in the trees outside. Building looked to be in need of some major maintenance, outlets poorly installed, or needs work..

Not very clean. Food crumbs in furniture, floor and carpet dirty, especially under the bed. Slept with the lights on just in case. Staff at the desk was very nice and polite. Pictures on Expedia site make it look nicer than it truly is.

I came here after one year again, bringing family form Europe, to visit DC. Ratio of the price (7 people, two rooms, 8 nights) to quality was (last year) and still is great. The rooms are clean, in our experience area was safe (we had 2 seniors and 3 kids with us). Nice staff. I hope l would have a chance in future to stay again in Red Roof Inn PLUS+...

I've stayed here several times. Very reliable budget property. No frills, but the room is clean, everything is in good operating order, the water is hot, and the beds are good. As with many motels, park right outside the door to your room. Property is set back from Shady Grove Road, so traffic noise is not a problem. Several restaurants within a 5-minute drive, 7-11 within walking distance.
