"Overall, my experience with Cavalry Court was good. I would probably stay there again, but there are definitely some customer service areas that need work.
There was no help with luggage.
Directions to the room had me hauling my suitcase all over the property.
The room temperature was a bit on the warm side, and although we tried adjusting the thermostat it didn't help.
Our second night in there was a roach crawling on the wall above the bed. When we notified the front desk, we were given to option to change rooms if we came down to the lobby. When I explained that we were all in our pajamas no other option was given- stay in a room with a roach or come to the lobby to get a new room. We eventually called back to the front desk and said that we wanted a new room, but that we would not come to the lobby. A new room key arrived!
The new room we were given had a fabulous treasure chest full of tempting snacks- not sure why this was missing from the first room.
The room temperature in the new room was warm, as well.
The bar service was excellent as well as the Saturday entertainment by the swimming pool."
