It was really awful experience. This hotel mustn't operate with this terrible room condition. When I opened the door to enter the room, I saw roaches. When I opened the fridge, I saw roaches. When I opened the restroom, I saw roaches. I wondered how come this hotel still operate. Hope to be improved.

This was by far the worst hotel experience in my life. The hotel rooms didn't even have basic amenities like a microwave. When asked where we could warm up food they told us to walk to IHop and ask them to do it for us. When my family & I arrived, our room door wouldn't even open. Ice maker worked when it wanted to & they let any & everybody just walk in & sleep in the lobby. Never again & if i could give it a negative rating i would

My TV nor my phone worked. This was not discovered until 10 PM and I was told no other rooms available. Clean but poorly maintained. Very disappointed!

Hotel was nice, good parking, the rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. BUT!! There were no microwaves in the entire hotel So no way to heat up your food. And when I asked about the microwave they told me that there was a IHOP restaurant next door. AND the worst kicker they didn't even offer any kind of breakfast. I stayed there a full week and only once did house keeping do my room, even when I asked the front desk to have my room cleaned No one showed.

I needed an extra room the staff told me the there was no more rooms available, I did not believe that. This is a 10 floor building am pretty sure that it was not packed.

This hotel needs some serious upgrading. The furniture is out dated. The curtains are raggedy and the sheets were dingy looking. The bathtub was peeling and slipper. And how to you have a hotel with ten floors and there are only working ice machines on the 5, 8, and 10 floor. This place is the pits. I gave it two tries, but it just needs to be torn down and rebuilt!
