Carpets are very dirty with stains, nasty carpet Someone was vacuum cleaning after 9pm, and neighbors room was screaming late night. I had a busy trip and was looking forward to rest and have my sleep, but unfortunately the amount of noise was unbearable.

Dc is legal for weed and a lot of people smoke here everyday. It is really annoying to experience when you aren’t a smoker. They smoke everywhere and it can be overwhelming at times with the smell.
