"Our initial room was unsuitable with the mold and grease. Staff apologized and gave us a cleaner room. He also mopped the floor upon our request, so it was sanitary for our dog to walk about. However, the hall and stair carpeting was disgusting, full of likely years' of filth! After we left the premises, my husband had what appeared to be bed bug bites on his face, hand, and back. "

"We were trying to stay at local property and in this case I wish we wouldn't have. The room smelled like smoke, the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower did not drain properly. Had to stand in water while taking a shower. It was not comfortable at all."
