"Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and kind. We ran into car trouble on our 6 hour trip so it took us 9 hours to get there. The staff at the hotel were just wonderful. We had to have our. granddaughter to a leadership conference at 8 am the next morning so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but ..."
