Wat Tantayapirom Phra Aram Luang Tours

This was the worse hotel I have ever checked in. We got there at 12pm and I asked if I could upgrade and the staff did not make any offers or efforts. Then once the room was ready we found the facility a bit old and not update but that part is still ok. The elevator smelled like mold and old room. There was not a bed frame but a bunch of “ply wood” put together as a bed frame. Most hotel sheets are white this one was bege looking not so clean. We went on an evening tour and when we got back around 10 pm my daughter showered and went to bed when she pull the sheets a cockroach came out of the sheets, she climbed on the bed and soon after another one started to run around the room. I called front desk who took 10 min to come and the guy looked at me like it was nothing. We immediately packed and left the hotel and never looked back. The hotel management did not contact me to apologize or nothing also they refused my refund.

Everything perfect except that rooms should have full body mirror

We liked our stay but,I would agree the place does need a little refresher and doors sealed better to avoid insects coming in.We stayed at another place near by and it was a night and day difference from beginning to end.The staff are nice and always smiling the pool view of the cliffs is amazing.Breakfast was good sometimes we would see the large lizard swimming in the lake.Your nestled just 3min from the main strip and 10min to the beach.Location,staff,spacious room,and nice view from the pool were the highlights but,we both preferred our other stay and it was about $25 less a night.
