โIt was a hotel with a lot of bugs.
First, the reception was awful.
They just said, so what? We canโt do anything. Not frendly, Lack responsiblity.
Second, the location is terrible.
Bed air condition(itโs too dirty area),poor accessibility(only 1 bus from city).
Next, the room has an air conditioner but it didnโt work properly, it just made a lot of dust.
Also there are no fridge.
Only one good point is a large room.
Overall. I donโt want to recommend this hotel.

โI would like to thank Valerina at the reception and her colleague whose name I unfortunately forgot. Even though I experienced a health issue during my stay, they were very helpful and made me feel safe and comfortable. The cleanliness was truly excellent, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious options. I truly appreciate their support.โ
โThe room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures. There was a construction site right next to the hotel, so it was quite noisy when I opened the window, but when the window was closed - not annoying at all.
The staff of the restaurant was friendly.
The shower booth was slippery, and didnโt get supported the parking fee for a day because the hotelโs one was full.โ

There is no air conditioner, which means it is not good for the hot summer season. I had good experience at a&o hostel in other cities, such as Cologne and so on, but unfortunately in Hamburg I had the first bad experience."
