"Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, fresh made waffles, fruits, yogurt, cereals, coffee/teas/juices. Pool and hot tub were open the whole time we stayed and people enjoyed them everyday. We had to have room switched twice while there but staff handled it well both times, one was the fault of the guest in the room above me. Things tend to go wrong from time to time but they handled it quickly and that was appreciated. Rooms were clean and stocked appropriately. Suites have two beds and a pull out couch making it a great choice for families or larger groups. In the lobby there is a little area with food and drinks for convenience. Hotel is near a lot of restaurants, shopping areas and a movie theater. "

"Nice property! We had a friendly welcome from the receptionist and champagne was a nice treat upon check-in! The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom could have used a bit of extra cleaning, we found a contact stuck to the wall near the toliet but nothing concerning. My only suggestion is complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby as opposed to the champagne. It's a nice welcoming gesture but we'd prefer coffee :) The pool area was very nice and well kept. We enjoyed the hot tub as well and would have liked to use the sauna but it didn't appear to be working. Comfortable beds and pleasant stay!"

"Elevator and Halls smelled of Marijuana and cigarette smoke. People hanging out in staircase landings, and outside door latches were tapped open, so anyone can wander in at any time. I talked to person on duty, that stated they know these things, but cannot do anything about it. I made sure our room door was locked, security bolted, and jammed a chair under the handle for good measure. In the morning, I talked to the daytime supervisor, whom said that she wasn't aware on these issues. Then, I suggested a group that may possibly be responsible for the issues, and the supervisor said, " No, it's not them." Telling me that she had this issue previously, and knows who it is. But, she was unaware?!?!? "
