Called ahead of time to confirm pool and hot tub hours, was told they were open until 10pm. Showed up at 8pm for check in after traveling 4hrs. Front desk person said both swimming pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, and we would have to go next door to the Hampton Inn to use their facility. Checked into the room, the glass doors for the “tower” face the hall, which allows everyone to see into your room. Bathroom was filthy and outdated. The vent was covered with film and debris. The toilet paper dispenser had been ripped out of the wall, and not replaced, literally left hanging there. The sheets had woman’s nail polish stained on the duvet, in several places. The air conditioning inside the room was barely working, even when we changed it from low setting to high, felt more like a fan then air conditioning. The hallways were deteriorating and falling apart with paint removal and carpet stains. One of the worst run hotels, the front reception didn’t seem to care about people coming in/out for their breakfast without staying at the hotel.
