"Great host and communication. The house is cozy and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great in the Japanese heatwave. In just under 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the nicest streets in Kyoto with temples and cafes. However, everything around there closes quite early and becomes really quiet - so be aware if it’s not your vibe. Not a big deal for me, though. The only real issue is that the property is not very accessible: the closest bust stop is about 15 min away and...

"Clean rooms, towel service with water bottle everyday, property was quiet and well maintained. Lacking closet/dresser/hanger space. No dryer, just washer, but was provided a fan and hanging rack for drying. Loved the soaking tub!"

"Charming small hotel super conveniently located near Kiyomizu Temple. The room was small but adequate, and we didn’t come to Kyoto to spend time in the room. The lobby foyer and upper deck were spacious and inviting in a cozy way. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering advice on where to eat and explore. "
