“We had an amazing 3 day stay at Art Mon Zen. From the moment we arrived to leaving, the staff were exceptional and extremely attentive. Probably the best hotel stay in Japan. Overall, the room was very comfortable and relaxing after a long day visiting all the sensational sights in Kyoto. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay near the main Gion district in Kyoto.”

“작년에 교토여행중 다와유라교토 숙소를 보고 위치가 괜찮겠다 싶어서 이번여행에 숙소로 망설임없이 선택하였습니다. 결론은 아주 만족한 여행이 되었습니다. 지하철역에서 가깝고 교토내 주요 쇼핑거리까지 도보로 걸어서 이동가능한 점이 좋았습니다. 호텔 건너편에 패밀리마트가 있어서 들어오면서 간단히 간식거리를 사기도 편했습니다. 또한 1층 라운지내 투숙객 커피 및 간식서비스가 되는 점도 만족스러웠습니다. 객실 내 바닥이 마루여서 카페트보다 먼지가 적은점도 좋았습니다. 샤워부스의 벽면이 유리여서 블라인드를 칠 수 밖에 없었는데, 다행히 블라인드를 치면 밖에서 잘 보이질 않아서 안심이 되었습니다. 어메너티도 넉넉하게 주고 물도 하루에 2병이 제공되는 점은 좋았습니다.(저흰 격일로 청소요청을 했는데, 청소를 안해주는 날은 물을 받을수 없는 점은 불편했습니다. 카운터에 말했으면 주셨을거 같긴합니다만...) 객실이 좀 좁아서 캐리어 2개를 놓기에는 불편한점이 있었네요. 옷장도 폭이 좁아서 보이는...
