Great hotel, beautifully located in central Kyoto. Please note you need to take a train to arrive from Kyoto station (not covered by JR pass) and then walk ~500 meters. But worth the effort!

More washers are needed for the hotel. Vending machine for water/soda would be nice to have. This is our 2nd time staying at Hotel Forza. I would highly recommend this location

It is very central with many shops around including the Nintendo one right next door. The rooms are small for two people but it is expected when located in the city center. Overall, it was a good location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry was very easy to do. Really liked the afternoon complimentary Sake cups. It is very central and accessible to a lot of Kyoto. The primary downside I felt was that the bidet was not working properly (low pressure & the seat warmer was broken) and the room took a while to get cool.
