"We had a lovely stay. Mr. Ryo went above and beyond to welcome us and help us procure dinner reservations for our large family group. Our room was well appointed, attractive, and comfortable. The bathroom was like a spa!
A fifteen minute walk in various directions got us to exciting markets, or the train station, or high-end shops.
Loved our stay at Hotel Muso."
"Absolutely wonderful stay here. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Food was excellent and the accommodation was beautiful. Could not ha e wished for anything more."
"Two night stay with my partner. The hotel had a very authentic Japanese atmosphere and the staff was friendly. The room was tidy and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay."
"Beautiful accommodation with all the extras. In a great location, walking distance to the market & lots of places to eat. We would definitely stay here again. The only drawback was the dryer took along time to dry, but the hotel provided a clothes horse which was handy. "
"I had a great stay. Room was a great size. Staff was super friendly. The area was walkable with train stations close by. My favorite hotel during my stay in Japan."

"The room is big for four of us. The sofa bed is so big can fit at least 6 people but we didn’t use it much. I could see the Kyoto tower which was very nice at night. The washer/dryer was our life saver. We loved the setting of the room so neat and practical and clean. We only stayed 3 nights so they didn’t have housekeeping service for us. But they provided all the towels for the stays. And if you need something you could get them in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. They can communicate in English fluently. The only minor issue was the noise of the street. We stayed on 10/f which was the top floor. Our room was facing the street so at night we can hear some cars and ambulance making noises. And there was construction going on nearby so in the morning it can be a bit noisy. They gave us a gift at check out which was a nice touch. We loved this hotel. I think it called apartment but we had what we needed and we enjoyed the stays. Thank you! "
