โGreat Hotel and amazing staff. From Rosella on reception, the cleaners and the lovely breakfast staff: we were made to feel very welcome. Rosella provided fantastic assistance with transfers, taxi's, local amenities etc and our whole stay was absolutely brilliant.
The amenities of the Hotel are great with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, children's area, bike hire etc. Highly recommend, and only a short walk into the beautiful Riva del Garda itself.

โThe hotel was in a pedestrian zone but you are allowed to park outside the hotel to unload and load bags on departure. We paid for parking in an offsite garage which was a little walk away but doable. Staff are very friendly and helpful once you arrive. I had trouble communicating before arriving. Breakfast was wonderful with many options. We would stay again โ
โWonderful hotel in the heart of Riva Del Garda. Close to everything. We really enjoyed the included breakfast every morning. The only inconvenience is that there is no onsite parking and we had to find offsite garage which was difficult at times because it is peak season with lots of visitors!! โ
โBeautiful property close to the water and shopping area. Had an amazing dinner at their restaurant and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. This was our second time staying here and will do so again in we find ourselves back in Riva del Garda!โ
โSehr schรถne Zimmer, sehr schรถnes Hotel. Super-leckeres Frรผhstรผck. Fรผr Kinder sind die Hรผpfburgen genial. Immer alles sauber. Der Pool war auch super. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefรผhlt. Nur hรคtte ich mir ein paar mehr Infos gewรผnscht รผber die Wellnessangebote, die Kosten, die Benutzung des Fitnessraums usw., vielleicht in Form einer Mappe im Zimmer o.รค. โ
โArrived to issues with parking, city access to hotel area in traffic restricted zone and a few other niggles... SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. Free...
โEtt jรคttebra hotell. Vi fick ett stรถrre rum รคn vi bokat, med stor balkong. Frukosten var suverรคn. Restauranten kunde kanske vari lite bรคttre, men helt okej โ
โA great view if you get a balcony in the lake room. FYI: the kitchen is NOT included. There is a door to the kitchen which is locked. There is a fee to access the kitchen.
The breakfast at the lobby was excellent! And still a great view of the lake...โ
โFantastic location on the Piazza Novembre and harbour, just steps from the Torre Apponale, MAG Museum, Bastione di Riva, historic Hydroelectric plant and ferries. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were small, but recently renovated - clean and comfortable with new bathrooms and mini fridges. โ
