“This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were.”

“It was very outdated, smelled and was unclean. The cleaning lady was helpful but apologetic about the conditions. The pictures on the website are misleading.”

“The rooms were nice, although the beds were too soft for me. The common areas were nice and comfortable. The kids used the pool and enjoyed it. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the TVs did not work properly. Overall a good stay!”
