"Staff at this hotel were very pleasant and our stay was better than expected. We originally thought they only offered a continental breakfast - that was wrong! They had a hot fresh breakfast every day and the food was excellent! There was one person working breakfast and she never let anything run out despite how many people were eating. They left fruit and cereal out all day so you can have some if you wanted. I loved this for my picky child who only wanted cereal to eat. We have never stayed at an AmericInn before and were prepared to be disappointed, needless to say we were not disappointed at all. Our only set back were the rooms were a little on the smaller side for the 4 of us but we figured it out and our stay was absolutely perfect! The water pressure in the shower was amazing! If we are in the area again we will choose this hotel. This particular trip brought us to Stevens Point due to a soccer tournament. To close - excellent, excellent, excellent customer service! Keep up the great work! "

8/10 Good
"Room was clean and the bed is nice. The TV is pretty small and we could have used some heavier covers for the bed. It’s nice that we have an individual air conditioner for the room. (Hubby likes it COLD.) The breakfast was just OK, but the coffee was good. The service at the front desk was fine. The guy wasn’t overly friendly, but he did his job. It might be the only place to go in this city, but it gave us a place to rest our heads for the night."
"The room was very nice, but a little dusty. The tub was really relaxing but the button to turn it on sticks. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. Comfortable beds and pillows."

10/10 Excellent
"The only issues, we had is that ants were getting inside but that is expected. The other is we want to note that when taking a shower the water leaks out and gets on the floor. I would suggest to better seal the shower door so it does not cause damage to the flooring. Other than that it was a good time and experience."
