“Arrive intown for my brother's wedding. Upon arrival they said the system waa down. We were walked to our room to manually be let in at 5:30. We got keys for our room at 8:30pm. So we sat in the room with no TV or Internet. The room was cleaned only on the surface. There was ood plastic cups under the bed and old Lance Peanut Butter packet behind the nightstand. I had to install the accessible shower bench on the tub, because it was attached to the vanity. There was no Phone, TV, or Internet...

“Our beds were always kept tidy by cleaning lady. All towels changed every day. Free breakfast was a perk but could use different items in the menu. Free wi-fi and parking are also good! Close to shops, restaurants and grocery store. If I may suggest, they should change the lamps with USB outlets intact in them.”

“Everything was great until later that night after staying one night there. I am covered in bed bug bites. Staff was nice at check in and out but i am riddled with itchy bites all over. ”

“No parking lot was full even the handicap spots. The air conditioner was so noisey we couldnt even sleep and if you turned it off it got too hot.”

“The building needs maintenance and upkeep. The chair at the desk was old, stripped and tattered...signs it should have been replaced a long time ago. The bath tub has a permanent 5 inch dirt and discoloration ring around the entire tub that remains even after cleaning.”
