"We had an unfortunate incident with the rear window in our car. It spontaneously blew out. A combination of the heat and an imperfections in the glass was the culprit. The front staff lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) was absolutely wonderful helping get the window all covered up with garbage bags and duct tape. It made it for a 4 hr drive home. The excellent customer service was very much appreciated."

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the sauna offered a relaxing escape with a stunning view of the lake.
