“Not very impressed! Room outdated but clean some bed side lights not working . Television from the 90’s without one single clear channel thank goodness I had my laptop. Also I booked with breakfast included on Expedia. The GM said no it’s not included. Even when I showed him my confirmation for breakfast he still flatly stated no again and that I would have to pay for it Otherwise room was clean. Just glad I only had one night booked”

“Absolutely wonderful stay in the Wellington countryside. Perfectly located for winelands touring. Outstanding staff and facilities. On site, multi-course dinners were absolutely brilliant and worthy of a Michelin star. Bravo to the chef, kitchen and wait staff. We cannot wait to return!”

“We stayed 3 nights in the Coach house recently. The rooms are fabulous and the views are stunning. Definitely 5* rooms however the whole place is let down by a few service issues. - We had no wifi in our rooms for the entire stay. When we enquired about this on day 1 we were told that it sometimes doesn't work and no effort was made to fix the problem. - Our plunge pool was filthy. There was sand in the bottom and when we looked at the neighbouring room's pool, ours was definitely green....
