"Still in the process of new owners taking over, so for example can’t accept Amex yet. Most things remain the same - lots of opportunities for new owners to improve, from a fairly average spa with only a few jets working for 3 minutes at a time, to noisy rooms with average aircon. Breakfast very overpriced and omelettes especially poor."

"Location was fantastic, we had been specifically looking for a room that had a terrace/balcony so we could open windows but on arrival we were told this hotel does not have them, although that was noted on the booking as available on expedia. Disappointed on arrival but we stayed anyway and had a lovely peaceful night in the city and great access to everything we came for. Inclusive parking was great though you can't re-enter the carpark once checked in , it has to stay there till check out so we just walked where we needed to go."
