Complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent - big rooms, the little things the hotel does - make up cloth, casting to TV, free cookies on arrival and departure, sante bars and free water on arrival, free ear phones in the gym be good to have available bathroom near gym so don't have to go to room but kids loved it

This was our second stay at Doubletree in the past month. We love this hotel, which is incredibly welcoming, friendly, comfortable and convenient. The restaurant staff even recognised us and welcome us back! The parking is great, the welcome cookie delicious and the staff are very helpful and efficient. We’ll be back again soon!

This is a beautiful property in a very convenient location to the nice shops on Lambton Quay, the Wharf, Cuba Street, the Beehive, ferries & more. The 1930's building & its rooms has loads of charm from the large wooden banister in the main staircase, to the old elevators doors, along with beautifully chosen tiles & fixtures in each room and public space. The breakfast was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this hotel & would stay here again.

Clean rooms with everything you could ask for. Great location comes with a price! The street noise was disturbing as was the slaming doors. Next door, above us and was it someone dropping weights at the gym at 10pm or slamming doors who knows. Bring earplugs if you sleep light

Good base in Wellington, actually quite a nice and quaint throwback hotel for me. While alittle dated and worn in places, it has charm and I enjoyed my stay. Did not partake of breakfast and the atm is small, but great location for eating and central Wellington.
