Staff was incredible helpful and accommodating , the room was roomy with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Great for somebody staying for a descent stretch of time. Beds comfy, overall great value for money. However the room is getting a bit tired and probably could use with an update

Reception staff really helpful on arrival. Restaurant was excellent. Amenities good. The only negative was the poor room lighting, even when the numerous lamps and lights were on. One more powerful light in the room would be helpful. Well situated hotel.

The room was lovely, it felt luxurious. Comfortable bed too. We were pleasantly surprised to find a spa bath in our room. This was great because we didn't have time to head to the main pool. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in an apartment - 611. The heating didn’t work properly, blowing cold air and not effectively warming the room. The location is great and the staff helpful. Shame the cafe/bar isn’t opening the morning for coffee.

My stay couldn’t have gone better. The staff were all very courteous, and attentive. My flight landed a bit early for check-in and while I dropped my bags off the staff at the front desk was able to get my room turned over remarkably quickly for me which was very appreciated after a long flight. I had one small issue with the laundry in my room and they had their maintenance team take care of it while I was out for the day. I would highly recommend staying here! Also the location was absolutely perfect, easy to walk to just about anywhere downtown.
