"Loved decor etc It wasnt clear when booking on line whether the rooms were in old or newer part of hotel. Our room in older part was fine but very very small! If I had the option I would have booked a different newer larger room. "

"This was fantastic my only little niggle would be the bed was very slumpy I think bent inwards on one side, because I was travelling alone this time it wasn’t an issue because I could use the other side of the bed. Everything else was amazing staff are very professional exceptional "

"The staff were attentive and professional, from the duty management to the service staff. Room was quiet and clean. The hotel is well situated on the Terrace, making for an easy walk to shops and restaurants on Lambton Quay. The room rate was competitive with other hotels in Wellington which aren’t as good in my opinion."

"The bedding was clean and they provided soap and 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner towels and a bathmat. The only downside was no facecloth or handtowel. And the milk that had been left in the fridge wasn't any good because the power switch was off. The room was a lil noisy koz of like a air extracter going 24-7 but other then that we didnt find it bad. Its great due to affordability. "

"Great stay for family with young kids. Public transport to and from everything/everywhere 100m away. Harbour view from family room great with bonus of fire station across the street. 2 bunk beds for kids had curtains both sides for each bunk which gave kids their own "huts" and enabled grandparents to retire later in same room."
