“We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location. Everything was easily walkable. The room itself while cozy was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The parking situation was a little less than ideal with the "designated lot" being public parking located 2 blocks away. However, there was plenty of street parking as long as one paid attention to the date/time. The coffee station outside the room was rather unusual but was fine. A microwave would have been a nice addition even if it was shared...

“The accommodation itself was satisfactory. However, although I made advance payment at HOTELS.COM, the hotel charged again for the room with my credit card. I informed the hotel of my double billing through HOTELS.COM but the hotel did not respond for nearly a week. I stayed at the end of March and managed to get a refund in mid-April. Instead of apologizing, the hotel sent only the refund receipt by email without a word of greeting. I was very disappointed and upset.”
