“Never had a worse experience at a hotel. First, my reservation was somehow not transmitted from Expedia to the hotel and they were fully booked. Luckily they had a suite that they had available that they were willing to give us. Then we discovered tiny, jumping black bugs in the room esp. on the bed and the upholstered chairs. “Our recent two night stay at the Kingsbrae Arms Inn was exceptional. Room was great with an absolutely stunning view. Staff were outstanding. When we arrived, the host that checked us in was extremely outgoing and friendly. Once she explained everything and left, I called to ask if they had a corkscrew for our wine as we forgot to bring one. She returned to the premises from her way home and brought it to the room.
