Good stay and strategic location

The motel is at a strategic location with accessible by walking distance to eateries. Room is clean and spacious despite dated. Could use some refurbishment in the bathroom/toilet.

BASIC BUT COMFORTABLE.

We travelled to Busselton on family business and used the Busselton Motel, as all our usual places were booked out. The property is clean, and the services available were in reasonable condition. Although it felt expensive for what it offered, we visited over school holidays, and the popularity of the town, at that time of the year, was obvious. We are good at walking and found it had a good location for us to walk around. Being on the Bussell Hwy, road noise was a concern but proved unfounded. It lacks a swimming pool, but we walked to the beach every day. Overall,m we enjoyed our stay.

Quite noisy with adjacent air conditioners going all night and bathroom noise- probably nothing can be done about that?? Bathroom needs some attention i.e fix fan, replace basin..

The property was nice and comfortable to stay at. There was easy and detailed instructions for after hours check in and the place was close to cafes and shopping centres. The only unfortunate experience I had during my stay was someone reversed onto my car which was parked near my room and left without a note. 😒 I did asked for the motel staff for CCTV footage of the incident, as I am sure it happened in the early hours of that day but they couldn’t help me because the spot I parked on was the camera’s blind spot and the only camera pointing towards that direction was a bit far away. A bit unfortunate incident which ruined my whole day because that was the first dent on my car. But lesson learnt, the unpleasant way - Park close to security cameras and not close to your room. Other than this, my experience at Busselton Motel was great.
