"I had an exceptional experience while staying at The Amaya. World recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the greater Fort Wayne area. Friendly & accommodating staff made sure all of my needs were met, and I felt so welcomed by the elevated check-in ecperience. The hotel is fully renovated, with lovely modern features and tasteful decorations. The bed was a dream, with a real comforter and large comfy pillows. The room is equipped with modern and higher tech features, all of which contributed to my stay. I love that there is no carpeting throughout, giving an aura of cleanliness and everything truly was. 10/10 would recommend the Amaya to friends and family, and I will be a repeat customer in the future. Also note - ample parking in a secure lot is a relief when traveling alone too."

"Air conditioning/heating unit starting make a very loud noises in the am so it was uncomfortable to sleep. Notified front desk when checked out "

"Staff was unable to get room cleaned, the sheets were changed once during our 7 day stay. Staff had two answers: 1) The sheets are changed every three days-Lie. 2) Staff said they were short handed- unverifiable. The trash in room was never removed. Had to request towels every day!!! Left a large pile of towels in bathroom due to lack of cleaning crew! I want a refund!"

"Lovely place to stay. The room was a little warm for my liking and the thermostat didn’t seem to do anything. Had it set to 64 and the room stayed about 73 the whole time. Otherwise it was great. Friendly staff and nice environment. "

"Hotel fairly new, very clean, hallways smell clean, nice welcome gift, room clean and roomy, bed had a nice soft mattress topper, comfortable bed and soft pillows, clean bathroom, reasonable breakfast, good parking, good shopping nearby, 5 minutes from Concordia Theological Seminary. The only bad thing is there is a noisey highway right next door, but it did not bother our sleep. We will be back!"

"there were no issues with the property. the only issue was that the check in clerk was not as nice. there was a snow storm and she would not let anyone check in prior to 3pm. the hotel was not full, so we had to sit in the lobby until 3pm and not 1 minute earlier. the rest of the staff was great. would stay again. "
