“Perfect stay. Could not have asked for a better affordable fun place. Our air conditioning went out in our room, and they switched us to another room free of charge. They have amazing customer service. Will stay here every time we come to town. ”

Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. “Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....
