“Hotel was very convenient to the CAE airport, apx 12 minutes away. The shuttle driver Stanley was very accommodating and friendly. Actually all staff we encountered, Jamal, Melvin, Doristine and the nice women who waited on us for breakfast , were very friendly and pleasant… certainly A++++ in customer service! Room was good and bath room was noisy. AC was noisy but kept the room cool.”

“If I could leave negative stars I would. It was a disaster from the moment we checked in. Walked to the room and it was a king room and sofa bed. Booked a double queen room. Was told the GM made the change due to water damage. We were basically told to deal with it or go somewhere else. In the middle of the stay at 6pm on a Saturday the shift “supervisor” says he has to close the pool with a whole softball team swimming, he just ran off a baseball team, to “do a routine clean” of the pool. “It was an okay stay. Had all of the amenities I needed. The kitchen floor could have been mopped again. Appeared, slightly sticky. The bathrooms appeared clean.”

“The quality inn is located nearby walmart and other convenient facilities. There were also restaurants and food places nearby that allowed easy movement by walking distance. The employees were very helpful when asked with questions. The parking area was spacious, allowing many cars to park nearby rooms. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, I had an above satisfactory stay in quality inn.”
