“Check in started out smooth. I was able to receive my check in code early which was a huge help for someone who flew all day and was rolling around luggage until I could get in. However, I was given a room that had not been cleaned yet. Dirty bed, dishes in the sink… it was clear it hadn’t been reset after the last guest.
