The location is simply perfect, right on the stunning West Bay Beach with crystal-clear turquoise water and amazing snorkeling just a few steps away. The breakfast was delicious, the beach was spectacular, and the entire atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. "I was a solo traveler and I felt perfectly safe. From the pickup at the airport and every moment spent there was wonderful. My only point of discontent was that the sink and shower water is salty. Not as salty as the beach, of course, but enough that I didn't feel fully clean. I bought bottled water and rinsed off with that."

"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my stay at Roatán Media Luna Resort affiliated by Meliá between 18th and 21st of March 2026, in the room # 108. The bathroom floor in my room was in very poor condition, as evidenced in the photographs previously provided. The deterioration of the flooring not only affected the aesthetics of the room but also raised concerns regarding safety and proper maintenance standards expected from a property affiliated with the Meliá brand. This situation significantly impacted on the comfort and quality of my stay. I trust that Meliá upholds high standards across its affiliated properties, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Considering the condition of the room and the impact on my stay, I believe a compensation equivalent to 30–40% of the total amount paid would be reasonable.
