"Great little cabin. Didn’t spend much time there, except to sit out on the front porch or sleep. Very clean & quiet. Kitchen had everything: fridge, 2 burner stove, DW, coffee maker, microwave. Small eat-in dining area & full couch in living area. All areas were spacious except bedroom, probably less than 2’ between bed & wall. Parking was near each cabin, maybe 50’. Extremely convenient to W Glacier NP entrance. Check-in @ cabin (office)was easy, they answered all our questions & recommended res’ts. Need to do Red Bus tour, book as soon as it opens for the year! We had breakfast @ Mc Donald Lodge, 9:30 Red bus tour (3 hrs), then had lunch @ the Lodge (again), walked around & charged our R1S EV @ the Lodge (2 new Tesla destination chargers) about 100 yds from the Lodge, then did the 1 hr boat tour (3:00) on Lake McDonald, that starts behind the Lodge. Again book in advance. We had a huckleberry shake & huckleberry pie while @ the Village. Really good. Just outside the cabin/RV area. Maybe, a quarter mile walk. We had awesome weather. Mid 70s the wk before the Lodge, bus & boat tours shut down for the season. Stayed Sept 21-23, 2026 We would definitely stay @ West Glacier Cabin & RV Campground again. TY!"
