“I came into the place with two beds and one had pee in it and the staff not only did not give us a refund but was ready to leave us with no place to stay, and so we had to settle with the one bed then accused us of doing it and not taking accountability for the situation.”

“During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. “The bath is clogged”

“Bed sheets were dirty , not being changed to clean one then the staff said it’s not really dirty . Smells like cigarette in the room Very dusty Rude staff”

“They rent the rooms for hours at a time too and there is all night long traffic at the bottom rooms with the whirlpools so if you are traveling with family find a different place. I don’t agree with Expedia not mentioning this to guests”
