“First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. “I booked this Guest House for my daughter and her friend for three nights based on the positive reviews from the Hotels.com app and a couple of other sites.  Which I don't think are now genuine.    Unfortunately - this is one of the worst experiences we have endured.  The room was disgusting to say the least.
