"It's a waste of money. The AC was not working & no one was bothered about it. Upon frequent requests for checking the issue manager asked us to shift to another room which was not worth the price we paid. Hotel staff need to be more professional."

"The resort is too old. Rooms r big but not well furnished.food for Room service is very limited . Resort is not maintain professionaly. They dont mind because of they r always booked. Somebody told me that their new resort named Gulmohar is good. But this old property is not worth. In a short u will stay in 4 star hotel or resorts for what this resort charge.cleanliness is also ok. "
