“Overall the hotel looks nice with lots of nice seating areas. However, there is a complete lack of customer care and attention to detail.
We had to wash out our coffee machine 12 times before the water was clear and not full of old grains. This had obviously not been cleaned in a long time!

“Pros: All staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast (and other meals) from the adjoining restaurant, Jack Fenn, was good. Parking was easy and convenient, being free, and right outside the front door. Very comfortable environment, loved the smell of the fire as we walked in to check in. Nice wooded area to walk around (although I was disappointed in humanity to see so much trash along the beautiful trails).
Cons: Water was barely warm enough to shower, but good water pressure. ...
