“The room was fairly clean, but the wallpaper is peeling away from the wall. The towel hanging on the towel rod had dark gray streaks like it had already been used.”

“Quite literally the most disgusting and disturbing place I’ve ever stayed in my life. I felt like I was living in a horror movie with how gross the place was. Cobwebs, mold, dirty walls, bugs in the bathtub, a hole in the wall patched with a piece of wood, the ceiling in the bathroom was drooping, water damage throughout…yeah you get the point. The guy who ran the place was very nice but that’s about it.”

“There was some updates happening during our stay. Unfortunately, it made it a bit noisy and uncomfortable as they were working right on our balcony outside of our room. Though these things have to happen at some point. Maybe have guests stay in rooms that are more out of the way of the work being done.”

“We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires.
