The staff was exceptional—a special shout-out to Abass and Keisha for their helpful tips on getting around San Antonio and for making my stay so enjoyable. My room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean, and the hotel’s location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, including great restaurants, shopping, and several historical sites. I truly enjoyed my experience at Hotel Contessa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Antonio. You will definitely enjoy this fantastic hotel as much as I did!!"

"The toddler pools were great for under 6 year olds. The sand pool was a big hit with very shallow water. The kids loved playing in the sand. The lazy river is only 3 feet deep so easy/safe to manage little kids. Another kid pool with small slides and shallow water was a big hit. Good family vacation for those with little ones. On site food options very expensive."
