"We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Edmonton and honestly could not be more impressed. From the moment we walked through the doors, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, friendly, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout our entire stay.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our suite completely exceeded expectations — spacious, relaxing, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the atmosphere felt safe and secure, and the overall experience was beyond what we anticipated.
One thing that truly stood out was the customer service. Every interaction we had with the staff was positive, respectful, and accommodating. It’s rare to find a hotel where the employees consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel at home, but this location absolutely delivers that level of care.
The location is also fantastic — very easy access to the hotel and conveniently surrounded by many businesses, restaurants, shopping areas, gas stations, and everything you may need during your stay. Whether you’re visiting Edmonton for work, vacation, or a getaway, the convenience of this location makes the experience even better.
The amenities were fantastic as well — the continental breakfast was excellent with great variety, the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, and the entire property had a welcoming atmosphere from start"
