But tired of Vegas ripping people off and void of personality if you can find anyone). Oh the gourmet room is excellent!! "

"A little skeptical to stay here based on some of the reviews, but overall our stay was better than expected. It’s not the fanciest hotel, but the room was clean and the AC worked really well. We were hardly in the room anyway — mainly just used it to shower and sleep — and it served that purpose just fine."

"If you like being walked in on my cleaning staff after You told front desk not to send them and you like being laughed at and disrespected, this is the property for you! This past stay after having stayed here many times we had a complete nightmare of a stay. After telling the staff at check-in we did not want cleaning service they had someone show up anyway. My husband was indisposed and I was in the bathroom when the lady showed up. She did a very quick knock and said „cleaning service „ my husband barely got out the word „no“ and she swipes her card and enters anyway, she was opening the door while she asked if we . was laying on the bed in a state of undress. This lady assumed there was no one in the room even though we were staying for two nights and told staff we wanted NO cleaning. My husband was mortified and called the front desk and spoke with Dawn L. She was completely unsympathetic and even chuckled when my husband said his weekend would be marred by this event. He explained he was undressed in bed and she didn’t care at all. I think even an ounce of empathy would have been nice. Instead she laughed and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I assure you if she had been laying on the bed half naked after shouting at that cleaning staff not to ended she’d be pretty upset. Dawn was so unhelpful and ultimately transferred my husband to leave a message with manager Victor, who did NOT return our call to date. And to add to the fun, the air conditioner was broken. "
