Thank you Linda Hellqvist for your review. We have discussed your feedback in depth with our management team. From our investigation it became apparent that our property and its facilities were not to your liking. We understand that you did not enjoy the unique style and charm of our offering and although our team went out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, you chose to check out instead. We meet all of the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa's criteria for a 5 star property, having been regraded 5 star again this past November (as we have been for the past 7 years).
