“The house has beautiful views and the linens were clean. That is where the positive points end. The house has a strong odor of mold that immediately caused my allergies to flare up. I suspect there was water damage as they had moisture eaters around the house and there was area where you can see evidence of former water intrusions. There was also a strong odor of sewage emitting from the bathrooms that may be attributed to septic system issues. As a result the house did not feel or smell...

“Beautiful room with small kitchen nicely located near town centre and stores. The only thing that wasn’t great was that the water wasn’t hot enough in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Shower was ok.”

“Rooms are all so spacious and clean including bathrooms. Flat is so so spacious and beautiful. Easy walk to franschoek and easy to get to stores. Comms fantastic from Marlicia. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to others! ”

“This is a beautiful house with a great terrace, wonderful neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The only issue was that we couldn't make coffee. The french press was broken and the espresso machine did not have pods. This is easily fixable. We would stay there again anytime. ”
