“We had a great time and loved our ocean view room (we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from there). The food was good and the staff on the select side was very welcoming and always ready to help. We usually go twice per year and always enjoy our stay.”
“They only serve house wines either the white or the red tasted like soap water, no drinkable. It’s almost impossible for them to get you a reservation for the restaurants for the same day, even passing by and noticing they are not full at all. The people that work there seem so sad or angry and you feel like it’s your fault. Rooms are very outdated it could have been cleaned better and things falling apart. IT HAS POTENCIAL TO BE BETTER. Also don’t plan to take an uber they won’t let you, only...
“Everything was excellent!!! My only complaint was that the room wasn’t properly equipped with water and/or soda. Especially since I don’t drink alcohol.”
