“This is a confusing hotel with what looks like an original historic building with a large modern and stylish-looking building at the rear. There are Hotel Alma signs everywhere, including at the railway station nearby, which made it hard to find the entrance. I entered what I thought was the front door of the original building and stood at a desk with a staff member behind who was on the phone and ignored me - eventually another staff member directed me to the "real" hotel reception.
