“Staff is so rude and their excuse was “well I’m from Spain”😂😂 first Spaniard I met to use their background as an excuse for their behaviour. After I repeated to ask the staff to be kind she turned around laughing and saying things under her breath. I am paying you for my stay and the audacity these staff members have was wild to me. Absolutely no excuse for their behaviour. Highly don’t recommend”
Tambien no habia agua caliente, mi esposa rechazoʻ quedarnos. NO NOS HOPEDAMOS ALLI NINGUNA NOCHE. POR FAVOR NECESITAMOS REFUND!!”
