"It is located just outside of town so it was quite, free parking, very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast - staff was always cleaning breakfast area during breakfast."

"I'm in the Sioux City area 1-2 times/year and the Cottonwood is my go-to place to stay. Rooms are always very nice, friendly staff, and great breakfast options are included. Won't find a nicer stay at this price point."
"My fiancé and I stayed for one night, and actually enjoyed our stay for much! Very affordable for a weeknight stay, and the staff was very friendly. The king bed room was the perfect size for just one night and was very clean other than some minor or signs of aging. Overall, would recommend staying here!"
