"Checking in was a disaster. The female working the front desk was absolutely rude and from what I could tell doesn’t like her job and shouldn’t be working with customers. She gave me keys to the wrong room and then when I came back down stairs to get keys that work she refused to help me. Finally a different pleasant employee helped me. I didn’t get her name but she was completely unpleasant. Black hair black lipstick. I won’t go back there and I won’t refer the J resort to anybody."

"Room was very clean, and the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. It was very quiet and easily accessible to the casino and restaurants. Looking forward to my next stay there in a few weeks."

"The room was not very clean at all, and there were damaged spots everywhere. The carpet has so many stains on it, and the sculpture looked like it had never been dusted. Also, the AC barely worked and it was super hot. It didn't seem like carpet was vacuumed as there was loose string and chunks of plastic on the floor. It was such a disappointing stay, they seem to have no standards for the room upkeep and I am very unsatisfied with having to stay here."
